It worked out that we could spend Veteran’s Day with our Team RWB runner and her coach.  We learned what the day means to them and got to learn more about Team RWB as an organization. We also debated weight issues for ultra runners and a few different ways to look at food that you may not have tried as a runner yourself.  Enjoy this episode of Becoming Ultra, an Athlete On Fire production.
