What is the Golden Gate Dirty 30?

Well, it’s in the mountains of Colorado. I say in, but don’t take it so literally, it’s really on and around! Expecting loads of climbing and a great time of the year, held June 1st weekend. Scott heads up a call to the race director for this Team BU event. In our series of events this year, this is #3 on the list, taking place after Zion and the Blue Ridge Marathon in April. If you are looking for good training, hit up one of those two races to get you all prepped for the Dirty 30, you won’t regret it!

The Dirty 30 offers both a challenging 50k and a not so mild 12 miler, still taking advantage of the mountains in both course events. Listen in for a discount code on this one! If you want to commit, don’t wait, this one WILL sell out and faster than you might think!

My first Ultra returns!

Steph takes a look back at Kevin’s first ultra, which happened to be the Dirty 30. Hopefully this interview with Kevin will give great insight for those who want to come take up the challenge. Everyone handles their first of anything differently, so it’s great to have different perspectives in the mix. Kevin signed up for the race as training for Voyageur 50. Which was more difficult??

If you are interested in our team races this year, check out Season 7 on the webpage. You can also come join us as a TEAM on Team BU with lots of subscription options for various contributions. Want some coaching? We got that too! Don’t want to train for any of our season 7 races? No problem! We got it all, just waiting for you to hit start.
